New IRS scheme - La Balise Marina
The picturesque south western coast of Mauritius, has seen continued development, since the intial Margaret development of Rissou Creole. It has become a much sort after place for the construction of IRS schemes, which have included Tamarina, Le Salines and also Villas Valriche. Whilst the golf theme has been central to the schemes above, a very unique development is due to be launched shortly.
La Balise Marina, a true marina style IRS scheme, is being developed in the Black River area, close to the Le Morne penninsula. The concept is outdoor lifestyles, enhancing your sun and sea experience, with modern marina facilities at hand.
