Zinnat Kurreemun

Zinnat is 26 years old and has just recently joined Inter-Ocean Management Limited. Upon joining, she has found her role to be very enriching and has enjoyed the support she has received thus far. Zinnat is currently completing her Institute of Chartered Secretaries Association (ICSA) courses and aims to be a fully qualified Company Secretary.  She has 3 years experience in the offshore sector with Trustlink International Limited.  Her interests include cooking and eating, surfing and chatting on the net, watching movies, reading novels, listening to music, watching football (Man U favourite team), sleeping and shopping.

Neermal Poonie

Neermal, who is 26, joined the Inter-Ocean group in September and will be performing a Business Analyst role across the various companies. Neermal has an MBA from the University of Birmingham, UK and a BSC (Hons) Public Administration and Management.  He has four years of experience in the Telecommunications sector with the national operator in fields such as Communications and PR, Risk Management and Business Sales.  He then moved to Offshore Financial Sector with nearly 2 years of experience.

Neermal’s interests include movies, sports activities, music, sleeping and eating.

Nitish Pandohee

Nitish joined Inter-Ocean Management Limited a few months ago as Client Accountant. His main focus area relates to the preparation of client accounts for a mixed portfolio of Domestic companies (both IRS & Non IRS), Trusts, GBC1 and GBC2 companies.

The purpose of his role is to ensure the organization and provision of quality infrastructure and accounting services to both new and existing clients.  This will entail the provision of accounting, tax, VAT and other related services.

He has nearly five years proven experience in the accounting and audit sector, the majority of which has been spent in the offshore sector as a Client Accountant. This position distinguishes itself from similar other accountancy profession positions as it provides one with a “learn and apply” framework. The role of client accountant opens the door to a diversified portfolio which in turn provides a numbers of sectors to deal with.

His line of responsibilities goes further to the extent of developing a good and close working relationship with the company Treasury in relation to client company payments and receipts, ensuring timely preparation of ad-hoc reports as may be requested by the clients.

Nitish has had no problem settling into or coping with his new environment, he believes objectives are realistic and deadlines are always there to be met. He believes his experience and great endeavour will help the organisation achieve its objectives both in the short and long term.
